Don't fall into the trap of believing that 'if you build it, they will come'. Concentrate on learning how to become a business person. Being a crafts person should come completely naturally and having the freedom to devote all of your time to it can feel fantastic. However, especially when you're starting out, the craft should be less than half of the effort of running your business. Stop buying craft books and buy books on sales, marketing and the day to day grind of being in business. Oh, and don't forget to read them too!
